Hi Everyone!

     My name is Anna. I am a full-time, stay-at-home wife and homeschooling mom. I am blessed with a wonderful husband and partner in life, Kris. Together, we have 4 living children - Evelyn, Ezra, Eisley, and Eliana - and 2 children already ahead of us - Johnny and Harvest.

     I am also a homebirther, a Certified Labor Doula, and a volunteer Bereavement Doula. A drama teacher, a singer, a songwriter, a lover of books, crafts, essential oils, baby-wearing and cloth diapers.

     My husband I moved our family away from the city and out onto our 20 acres in Hillsboro, Ohio to become aspiring homesteaders. We have SO much to learn still and it is definitely a learning process and an adventure for us city folk!

     God is the one I that long for, my Rescuer, my Protector, my Comforter, and my Provider. He is at the center of my heart, home, family, marriage, and outreaches. It is my goal in all things, to glorify Him!

    My blog is about my life and my passions: motherhood, pregnancy, birth, loss, life after loss, homeschool, faith, rainbow babies and hope! It begins with the story of my stillbirth and who For Mommy; For Johnny is named after - our John Israel. I hope to bring hope and encouragement to other mothers through my blog. I aim to touch those who have suffered loss through miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, infertility, or never walked through any of these at all!
